摘要
夏38-斜1井在钻探中存在地层可钻性差、定向施工困难、三开井眼轨迹控制难度大等一系列问题,针对这些问题,定向段采用五刀单排PDC钻头+单弯螺杆+水力振荡器来钻进;三开采用单扶降斜组合和单弯螺杆组合来控制轨迹。夏38-斜1井在实钻过程中,应用上述技术解决定向段易托压、三开轨迹控制难的问题,顺利施工完钻,为夏38块火成岩钻井提供了借鉴。
There are a series of problems in the drilling of this well,such as poor formation drillability,difficulty in directional construction,difficulty in controlling three-hole trajectory,etc.;the tri-cut uses the single-support down-slope combination and the single-bend screw combination to control the trajectory.In the actual drilling process of xia38-xie1 well,the above-mentioned techniques are used to solve the problems of easy prop-up pressure in the directional section and difficult control of the three-opening trajectory.
