某气田自2011年开始使用上海某公司生产的井口液压安全截断系统,使用过程中发生了一系列故障,基层单位员工通过井安系统结构、原理分析,发现液压油变质是造成运行故障的根本原因,针对导致油品变质的缺陷实施了相应的改进措施,使其处于稳定运行状态,并取得了一定的经济效益。

A gas field has been using the wellhead hydraulic safety truncation system produced by a company in Shanghai since 2011.A series of faults have occurred in the process of use.Through the analysis of the structure and principle of the well safety system,it is found that the deterioration of hydraulic oil is the root cause of the operation failure.
