摘要
从现阶段我国的科学技术发展来看,在压力容器的使用和产品方面,也提出了更高的质量要求与效率要求。同时,从生产压力容器的过程来看,就质量的控制和焊接的技术,其要求也愈发严苛。通常情况下认为,在压力容器的实际生产过程中,焊接技术往往起着十分重要的作用。并且焊接技术水平也直接决定着压力容器的生产质量。针对这一问题,还需要做好进一步的创新工作。为进一步推动我国压力容器焊接新技术的发展与应用,本文主要针对压力容器焊接概述,介绍了压力容器焊接新技术发展的必要性以及压力容器焊接新技术的探索,从多个角度出发,提出具体的可行性方法,为后续的工作展开提供有效的借鉴和参考。
From the current development of science and technology in China,higher quality and efficiency requirements are also put forward in the use and products of pressure vessels.At the same time,from the production process of pressure vessels,the requirements for quality control and welding technology are increasingly stringent.Generally speaking,welding technology plays an important role in the actual production process of pressure vessels.And the level of welding technology directly determines the production quality of pressure vessels.In view of this problem,further innovation work is needed.In this regard,in order to further promote the development and application of new welding technology for pressure vessels in China,this paper mainly focuses on the overview of pressure vessel welding;The necessity of the development of new welding technology for pressure vessels and the exploration of new welding technologies for pressure vessels are discussed,From multiple perspectives,the paper puts forward specific feasible methods to provide effective reference and reference for the follow-up work.
