广深"双城"联动要始终坚持创新在发展全局中的核心地位和战略支撑作用,紧紧围绕粤港澳大湾区建设"世界级创新平台"发展目标,牢牢把握集聚和开放两个核心要义,着力构建高质量的科技创新供给、区域协同创新和科技转化服务三大支撑体系,不断强化广深"双城"联动在国际科技创新中心建设中的支撑引领、整合协同、开放门户和辐射带动等四个方面功用。

The coordination between Guangzhou and Shenzhen must always adhere to the core and strategic position of innovation in the development of the whole country,focus on the goal of building a world-class innovation platform,by means of agglomeration and opening-up,construct three high-quality support systems of supply,collaboration and transition of scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the linkage between the two cities,and bring out their supporting,collaborating,platforming and leading functions in the construction towards international science and innovation hub.
