论粤港澳大湾区产业创新生态体系重构

On the Restructuring of Industrial Innovation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

作为国家战略的粤港澳大湾区建设将成为"打造高质量发展的典范",其意义重大。遵循"核心概念内涵界定—现实困境分析—路径分析—选择与策略"的总体思路,基于大湾区产业高质量发展的现实困境分析,构建"颠覆性创新价值网—数字经济平台—产业高质量发展"的分析范式,探讨粤港澳大湾区如何重构产业创新生态,促进颠覆性创新价值网的建立。研究表明:颠覆性创新价值网构建是产业高质量发展的动力源,数字经济平台战略是路径选择;以机制体制改革和政策、标准供给为动力,构建大湾区颠覆性创新生态价值体系,并以数字经济发展促大湾区价值网建设,可实现大湾区产业高质量协同发展的目标。

As a national strategy,the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will become a"model of high-quality development",which is of great significance.Following the research pathway of"definition-problem-means-strategy",and based on dilemma faced by the GBA,the author has developed an analytical paradigm of"innovation value network-digital economy platform-high quality industry"to discuss the reconstruction of industrial innovation and how to build an innovation value network in the GBA.The research finds that innovation value network is the momentum of high quality industry,while digital economy platform is the means to take.Through institutional reform and adequate supply of policies and standards,the ultimate goal of coordinated industrial development in the GBA can be achieved.
