东莞与香港的科创产业合作研究

Research on the Cooperation of Science and Technology Innovation Industries between Dongguan and Hong Kong

近年来,东莞与香港的"前店后厂"产业合作模式已发生变化,在东莞与香港当前的产业合作中,科创产业的合作最值得关注。研究发现:东莞与香港的科创产业联系正日益增强,合作平台形式多样,但合作模式尚未清晰。通过对国际机器人产业基地和中国散裂中子源两个具有代表性的科创平台的分析,研究初步总结出市场引导和重大科学装置推动下两种合作模式。两种合作模式中,政产学研扮演不同角色,在平台推动力、合作重心、人才培养、运营管理方面各有特点。基于两种模式的对比,研究认为,未来东莞与香港科创产业合作将出现合作平台进一步增多、产业合作高端化等趋势。

The industrial cooperation mode of"front store with back factory",literally meaning sales in Hong Kong and manufactured in Dongguan,has changed in recent years.This paper finds that the connection between Dongguan and Hong Kong’s science and innovation industry is increasing,and the form of cooperation platform is diverse,but the cooperation mode is unclear.Based on the analysis of two representative scientific and technological innovation platforms,i.e.,international robot industrial base and spallation neutron source in China,the research preliminarily summarizes the mode of industry-university-research cooperation under the guidance of market and the promotion of major scientific devices.In the two modes of cooperation,government,industry,university and research institute play different roles,which have their own characteristics in platform driving force,cooperation focus,talent training and operation management.Based on the comparison of these two models,the study holds that there will be more cooperation platforms and high-end industrial cooperation between Dongguan and Hong Kong in the future.
