现代化生态新城开发建设的实践研究--以广州增城荔湖新城为例

The Development and Construction of Modern Ecological New Towns:A Case Study of Lihu New Town in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng District

新城建设是实现城乡融合的重大战略,虽然我国新城建设取得了一定成效,但离现代化生态新城目标仍存在一定差距,传统新城发展模式已不能适应当下发展要求。因此,通过以广州增城荔湖新城为例,剖析和总结其开发历程和建设经验,提出"土地预征收"模式、"分区细化、分步推进、有序实施"原则、构建整体生态绿地网络格局、打造具备综合服务功能的"城市客厅"和环湖经济带等现代化生态新城建设的"荔湖探索",以期为其他新城开发提供借鉴与参考。

New town construction is a major strategy to realize the integration of urban and rural areas.Although China’s new town construction has achieved some results,there is still room for improvement as the traditional development mode of new town cannot meet the new demands.Therefore,taking the Lihu New Town in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng District as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes its development process and construction experience,and proposes"Lihu Mode"including"expropriate land ahead of schedule","refinement in zoning,step-by-step promotion and orderly implementation",constructing the overall ecological green space network pattern,building a"city lounge"with comprehensive service functions and the economic belt area around the lake,in order to provide reference for the development of other new towns.
