基于空间适配性的文创产业园区设计研究

Design Research on Cultural and Creative Industrial Park Based on Spatial Adaptability

文化创意产业是文化软实力的重要组成部分,其发展离不开适宜的物质载体。作为文创产业重要集聚之地的文创产业园,承担着文化创作和传播的功能。文创产业园区的规划和设计应当充分考虑产业特性,形成适配性空间。通过分析国内文创产业园区的发展现状和存在问题,总结归纳文创产业园区的空间适配性原则,并从规划布局、公共空间、建筑空间等三个方面提出文创产业园区空间设计适配性要点,以期为有关文创产业园的规划设计提供理论支撑和实践指导。

Cultural creative industry is an important part of cultural soft power,whose development can never be separated from the physical world.As an important gathering place for cultural and creative industries,the cultural and creative industrial park bears the functions of cultural creation and dissemination.The planning and design of cultural and creative industrial parks should give full consideration to the industrial characteristics and spatial adaptability.Through analyzing the current situation and existing problems of domestic industrial parks,and summing up the spatial adaptability principles of industrial parks,the paper introduces three aspects of garden spatial adaptability design for industrial parks,including planning layout,public space and construction space,offering theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant planning and design projects.
