摘要
文章以天然气为研究对象,在实验室利用烧结杯开展了天然气替代部分焦粉强化烧结试验。研究结果表明:当天然气喷吹时间为15 min,热量补充比例为25%时,烧结矿成品率、转鼓强度、固体燃耗、烧结矿还原性、低温还原粉化指标以及烧结矿显微结构最优。
In this paper,it is introduced the experiment of intensifying sintering by replacing part of coke powder with natural gas using sinter pot carried out in the laboratory by taking natural gas as the object of study.The study results showed that the yield of sinter,drum strength,solid fuel consumption,reducibility of sinter,low-temperature reduction degradation index and microstructure of sinter were optimum when the jet time of natural gas was 15 min and adding proportion of heat was 25%.
