摘要
随着新工业智能制造时代的来临,为适应家具市场需求个性化与多元化,家具制造企业面临着新的机遇与挑战。以广州SH家具公司的板式家具生产线为案例,应用人因工程学中的人体测量基础、作业空间设计5大原则和工业工程的动作经济原则等科学理论依据,充分利用现场拍摄图片视频、问卷调查等方式收集车间各类尺寸与数据,以提高车间的生产效率、减少工人疲劳为目标,运用文献检索、实验法、图示模型法等方法对生产现场展开全面改善研究,着重于作业空间的改造、辅助器具的优化、货品存储的改善等。通过剖析人体尺寸以调整封边区的物料摆放,结合MOD法等优化组装区工作台布置,采用SLP法使B产品物流线距离同比减少20.1%,C、D线分别同比减少22.9%和7.3%,同时开发仓库信息系统以解决长期困扰工人的出入库纸质单据保存困难、废料处理不当、成品布置混乱等问题,最终构建出了一个满足实际生产需求且安全、舒适、高效的生产车间。
With the advent of the new industrial intelligent manufacturing era,in order to adapt to the individualization and diversification of the furniture market demand,furniture manufacturing companies are facing new opportunities and challenges.The panel furniture production line of Guangzhou SH furniture company was taken as a case,scientific theoretical bases were applied such as the basis of anthropometry of human factors engineering,the five principles of working space design and the principle of motion economy of industrial engineering,and the scene shooting pictures,videos and questionnaires were makes used to collect various dimensions and data of the workshop,with the goal of improving the production efficiency of the workshop and reducing worker fatigue.The literature retrieval,the method of experimentation,graphical modeling method and other methods were used to carry out comprehensive improvement research on the production site,focusing on the transformation of working space,the optimization of auxiliary equipment,and the improvement of goods storage.By analyzing the dimension of the human body,the material placement in the edge banding area was adjusted,combined with the Modular arrangement of predetermined time standard method,the workbench layout in the assembly area was optimized.Using the System Layout Planning method,the distance of the B product logistics line was reduced by 20.1%,and the C and D lines by 22.9%and 7.3%.Meanwhile,a warehouse information system was developed to solve the problems of difficult storage of paper receipts,improper disposal of waste materials,and confusion of finished product layouts that have long plagued workers.In the end,a safe,comfortable and efficient production workshop was built to meet actual production needs.
