摘要
在市场竞争十分激烈的大环境下,制造企业需要最大化生产效率和生产效益,而解决生产线平衡问题便是其中重要的一环。运用改进遗传算法解决第二类生产线平衡问题,在按照作业优先顺序的情况下对其工序进行重排和分配,得到一个最优的结果。通过实际应用案例,优化后的生产节拍从24.86 s减少到21.21 s,生产线平衡率达到了96.31%。结果表明改进遗传算法能有效地解决第二类生产线平衡问题,减少了生产节拍,提高了生产线平衡率。
In the context of such fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises need to maximize production efficiency and production benefits,and solving the problem of production line balance is a very important part of it.The improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the second kind of production line balancing problem.The process was rearranged and allocated according to the priority of the operation,and an optimal result was obtained.By the cases,the cycle time decreased from 24.86s to 21.21s and the improved production line balancing rate reached 96.31%.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm can effectively solve the second class of production line balance problem,which reduces the production line production cycle time and improves production line balance rate.
