基于人机工程的生产现场数据采集系统

摘要 针对Z公司生产现场存在的问题,如产品工艺信息在各职能部门间更新同步缓慢、存在大量工艺数据残缺、生产进度不透明、生产流程不规范、生产数据管理不规范等,将人机工程、交互设计、现场管理等理论方法融入管理信息系统的设计中,开发了一套生产现场数据采集系统。实现了移动端扫码加工进度汇报,Web端实时监视生产进度、设备状态,解决了生产过程中出现的生产进度获取不及时、进度报表生成与查询不方便、各工厂数据不共享的问题。并且通过系统实施过程中的调研以及用户测试的数据分析结果,对系统核心功能进行了优化。测试结果表明,针对相同的系统操作,优化后用户的操作用时、操作动作都大幅度减少,减少幅度均在60%以上,系统的易用性得到了大幅度改善。 In view of the existence problems of the Z company’s production site,such as product process information is slowly updated among various functional departments,there are a large number of incomplete process data,the production schedule is not transparent,the production process is not standardized,and the production data management is not standardized.Theoretical methods such as ergonomics,interaction design,and site management were incorporated into the design of management information systems,a set of production site data collection system was developed,the mobile terminal scanning code processing progress report,the WEB terminal real-time monitoring of production progress and equipment status were realized,the production progress in the production process not timely acquisition,progress report generation and query inconvenient and the problem of non-sharing of data between factories were solved.And through the research and user test data analysis results in the system implementation process,the multi-level process production function and the production progress report function were iteratively optimized,which greatly improved the ease of use of the system.
