高校菜鸟驿站现状及优化——以D校菜鸟驿站为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对D校菜鸟驿站存在的布局不合理、拥堵严重、排队混乱以及取件效率低等问题进行优化。通过5W1H分析方法对其进行改进分析提问,取得站内各个因素之间的联系,后基于调整型SLP方法将其重新布局功能区以及作业区,重新设置货架位置及摆放方法,并结合目视管理方法将其货架标识完善,添加路线指示标识。经优化改善后站点可增加3个同类货架,1个4.5 m^(2)的大件摆放区以及1个1 m^(2)的退货寄件存放区。最后基于ECRS方法得到客户取件移动距离优化率为10.6%,取件时间优化率达30.05%。 Aiming at the problems of unreasonable layout,serious congestion,chaotic queuing and low efficiency of pick-up in rookie post station of university D,the optimization was carried out.The 5W1H analysis method was used to improve the analysis of the question,the relationship between the various factors in the station was obtained,and then based on the adjusted SLP method,the functional area and operation area were rearranged,and the shelf position and placement method were reset.Combined with the visual management method,the shelf identification was improved,and the route indication was added.After optimization and improvement,the site can add 3 similar shelves,a 4.5 m^(2) large parts storage area and a 1 m^(2) return delivery storage area.Finally,based on the ECRS method,the optimization rate of customer pick-up moving distance is 10.6%,and the optimization rate of pick-up time is 30.05%.
