摘要
针对双方向震动的杆梁结构,设计一种双自由度组合式悬臂梁吸振器,可实现对被减振结构横纵两个方向上的吸振。建立双自由度组合式悬臂梁吸振器动力学模型,按照单自由度吸振器的方法设计吸振器参数,将吸振器建模并安装在横纵两方向固有频率不同的杆梁结构上,并通过有限元软件进行谐响应分析,观察主系统安装本吸振器前后的位移峰值变化。结果表明,对于横纵两方向共振频率不同的杆梁结构,在安装该吸振器后,在双方向上的减振效果均达到了25 dB以上。
Aiming at the rod-beam structure that vibrates in two directions,a dual-degree-of-freedom combined cantilever beam vibration absorber was designed,which could absorb vibration in the horizontal and vertical directions of the damped structure.The dual-degree-of-freedom combinational dynamic model of the cantilever beam vibration absorber was established.According to the single-degree-of-freedom vibration absorber method,the parameters of the vibration absorber were designed,and the vibration absorber was modeled and installed on a beam structure with different natural frequencies in the horizontal and vertical directions.Through the inite element software,the harmonic response was analyzed,the displacement peak changes before and after the main system installed with the vibration absorber was observed.The results show that for the beam structure with different resonance frequencies in the horizontal and vertical directions,after installing the vibration absorber,the vibration damping effect in both directions has reached more than 25dB.
