船用多缸油泵试验台的串口服务器

Serial Server of Marine Multi Cylinder Oil Pump Test Bench

为了解决船用多缸油泵试验台能同时使用4个称重模块的问题,设计了一种串口服务器。该串口服务器以STM32芯片做为主控芯片,左边连接PLC,右边连接4个称重模块,起到通信中介的作用;对整个设计的几个关键点进行了详细介绍,包括整体框架、硬件设计和软件通信报文设计等;该模块的硬件设计成本低,自定义的软件通信报文简单,最后对模块进行实物制作,并进行了测试。测试结果表明,所设计的串口服务器,能够同时返回4个称重模块测量的重量值,并能够稳定运行。

In order to solve the problem that four weighing modules can be used simultaneously in the marine multi cylinder oil pump test-bed,a serial port server was designed.STM32 chip was used as the main control chip of the serial server.PLC was connected to the left side and four weighing modules were connected to the right side.The key points of the whole design were introduced in detai,which including the overall framework,hardware design and software communication message design,etc.The hardware design cost of the module was low,and the customized software communication message was simple.The module was made in kind and tested.The test results show that the designed serial server can return the weight values measured by four weighing modules at the same time,and can run stably.
