机器人在袋装产品的自动装框应用

摘要 真空包装的卤烧鸭、水果,PE保鲜袋包装的水果、蔬菜等,因其外形多样,无法用常规的吸盘、夹具进行抓取。表面凹凸不平,甚至无法准确定位,吸盘无法适应。果、蔬、肉等产品由于表面松软及外观要求,普通的夹具会破坏产品的里部及外观。该设计在运输过程中,将产品顶起,然后进行抓取,解决了传统抓手无法克服的问题。通过实际应用,该方案解决了真空包装、PE膜包装无法自动化包装的难点,为客户节省了7人/班,生产效率提高300%以上,改善了劳动环境。 The vacuum packed stewed duck and fruit,the PE fresh-keeping bag packed fruit and vegetable,etc.can not be grasped by the conventional suction cup and fixture because of their various shapes.The surface is uneven,even can not be accurately positioned,suction cup can not adapt.Due to the soft surface and appearance requirements of fruits,vegetables,meat and other products,ordinary fixtures will damage the interior and appearance of products.In the process of transportation,the product was jacked up and then grasped,which solved the problem that the traditional gripper cannot overcome.Through practical application,the solution solves the difficulty of vacuum packaging and PE film packaging,saves 7 people/shift for customers,improves the production efficiency by more than 300%,and improves the working environment.
