摘要
目前油气田压裂作业广泛应用的混砂设备为地面混砂车,然而在实际作业中发现混砂车存在设备笨重、复杂地形适应性差、操作复杂、维修不便等问题。为解决现阶段混砂车存在的问题,对地面混砂技术工艺及井下混砂技术工艺进行系统研究,设计出一种CO2压裂地面射流混砂装置。该装置以文丘里原理为基础,具有易控制砂比、简化工艺流程、减少地面设备、降低压裂混砂成本等优点。利用SolidWorks对装置流道进行建模,利用Fluent对装置工作进行仿真,结果表明装置性能稳定混砂效果好,砂比可达35%,为地面压裂混砂设备的简单化、小型化设计提供参考依据。
The sand mixing equipment widely used in fracturing operation of oil and gas fields is ground sand mixer.It is found that the sand mixing truck has problems such as heavy equipment,poor adaptability to complex terrain,complex operation and inconvenient maintenance.In order to solve the problems of sand mixing truck at present,the surface sand mixing technology and the underground sand mixing technology were systematically studied,and a surface jet sand mixing device for CO2 fracturing was designed.Based on Venturi principle,the device has the advantages of easy control of sand ratio,simplification of process flow,reduction of ground equipment and cost reduction of fracturing sand mixing.The simulation results show that the device has a stable sand mixing effect and a sand ratio of 35%.It provides a reference for the simple and small design of the ground fracturing sand mixing equipment.
