摘要
直升机传动系统是直升机的重要组成部分,但其发展一直处于落后状态,严重制约着直升机的发展。针对当前快速、高效的设计需求,提出了一种基于案例的直升机传动系统主减速器构型设计方法。对现有不同类别各型号直升机传动系统主减速器的构型进行分析,探寻其复杂结构下的构型设计方案。根据设计需求提出构型设计方案,构建以传动系统质量最小为目标的数学优化设计模型,完成各级传动速比分配;建立设计方法适用性评价体系;完成传动系统主减速器设计方法的开发。
The helicopter transmission system is an important part of the helicopter,but its development has been in a backward state,which severely restricts the development of the helicopter.Aiming at the current rapid and efficient design requirements,a case-based design method for the configuration of the main reducer of the helicopter transmission system was proposed.The configuration of the main reducer of the existing helicopter transmission system of different types and models was analyzed,and the configuration design scheme under its complex structure was explored.According to the design requirements,the configuration design plan was proposed,the mathematical optimization design model with the goal of the minimum quality of the transmission system was constructed,and the transmission speed ratio distribution at all levels was completed;the applicability evaluation system of the design method was established;the development of the design method of the main reducer of the transmission system was completed.
