摘要
电梯超载保护装置是电梯的重要安全部件,对保障电梯的安全运行极为重要,其功能失效会导致安全事故发生。归纳整理日常检验过程中的超载保护装置失效形式,梳理分析失效原因及存在的失效风险。建立了电梯运行条件模型,基于力学基本原理对失效风险进行计算分析验证,最后给出应对措施。对提高电梯的生产、检验检测活动质量以及使用单位主体责任落实有重要意义。
Elevator overload protection device is an important safety component of the elevator,which is very important to ensure the safe operation of the elevator.Its function failure will lead to safety accidents.The failure forms of overload protection devices in the routine inspection were summarized and sorted out,and the failure causes and existing failure risks were analyzed.The elevator operation condition model was established,and the failure risk was calculated,analyzed and verified based on the basic principle of mechanics.The countermeasures were given.It is of great significance to improve the quality of elevator production,inspection and testing activities and the implementation of the main responsibility of the user.
