滇西北地区旅游文化演艺扶贫研究——以丽江为例

A study on poverty alleviation through tourism,culture and performing arts in northwest Yunnan--Taking Lijiang for example

新时代,习近平总书记高度重视扶贫工作,对扶贫工作作了一系列的重要论述,为我国决胜脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会提供了重要行动指南。受历史、地理、气候、人口、教育等诸多因素影响,表现出社会经济、教育发展相对滞后,县域、城乡、村镇发展不均衡、不充分,脱贫攻坚内生动力不足,城乡居民收入差距过大等问题,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,因地制宜,精准施策,成为当前全社会(滇西北地区)亟待发展的重要议题。以旅游产业扶贫为切入点,对滇西北地区丰富的旅游资源、独特的历史文化底蕴等深入分析,探索影响其发展不均衡、收入差距增大等诸多因素,提出旅游产业精准扶贫具体对策,对脱贫攻坚后农民长效增收、挖掘培育内生动力、可持续发展提供参考,以增加研究意义。

In the New Era,General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to poverty alleviation work and has made a series of important statements on poverty alleviation work,providing important guidelines for China's decisive victory in the fight against poverty and the comprehensive building of the Xiaokang.Influenced by many factors,such as history,geography,climate,population,education and so on,the northwest region of Yunnan shows that the development of social economy and education is relatively backward,the development of counties,cities and towns is unbalanced and insufficient,and the internal driving force for poverty alleviation is insufficient,the widening income gap between urban and rural residents,guided by Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,has become an urgent and important issue for the whole society.Taking the accurate poverty alleviation of the tourism industry as the cut-in point,this paper analyzes the rich tourism resources,the ponderous historical and cultural details,the unbalanced local development,the widening gap between the rich and the poor,and the bottleneck of the lagging development,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for the accurate poverty alleviation of the tourism industry,in order to increase the research significance,the paper provides the reference for the long-term income increase,the cultivation of endogenous power and the sustainable development of the farmers.
