摘要
采掘关系协调是保证煤矿开采过程科学合理的关键因素,大佛寺煤矿为地质条件复杂矿井,分析得出采掘接续突出问题主要体现在生产任务加重、工作面准备周期长、生产技术革新单一、施工队伍执行力、科研投入不平衡。针对这些问题,基于"以采促掘、以掘保采、采掘并举、掘进先行"原则,创新了"1321"采掘接续管理办法,使大佛寺矿区的紧张局面得到了有效缓解。
The coordination of mining relations is the key factor to ensure the scientific and reasonable process of coal mining. Dafosi coal mine is a mine with complex geological conditions. In view of these problems, based on the principle of "mining to promote excavation, mining to protect mining, mining at the same time, excavation first ",the innovation of "1321" mining succession management method, the tension of the great buddha temple mining area has been effectively alleviated.
