便携恒阻式快速升降临时支柱设计与工作过程

摘要 分析了目前常用临时支柱的优缺点,主要针对目前国内矿井巷道快速掘进过程中临时支护设备初撑力低、支柱笨重、操作复杂、支护速度慢、成本高、液压油造成环境污染等问题,设计开发出一种便携恒阻式快速临时支柱。介绍了该支柱的技术特征、特点及工艺流程;该支柱简单实用,具有良好的经济效益和安全效益。 The advantages and disadvantages of some common temporary pillars were analyzed. Designed and developed a portable constant resistance falsestull to settle the problem of domestic temporary support equipment for present mine laneway quick excavation, which have a low early support power, a big weight, a complex operation, a long supporting time, a high cost or the hydraulic oil that cause environmental pollution. The technical characteristics, advantages and process flow of the pillar were introduced. And the pillar is simple, practical, and have the good economic efficiency and safety.
