摘要
介绍了黄白茨煤矿使用的安全监控系统组成、架构,核心设备区域控制器的原理,井下硬件融合及多系统联动方案以及在现场的应用效果。建立了"一网一站"模式(即数据传输一张以太环网、一种监测分站),实现多业务系统数据集中采集、处理、传输、控制、融合、联动。同时实现在无主站条件下的异地断电和多系统联动、智能识别即插即用、传感器在线调校等功能,系统的智能化和便捷化程度显著提升。能够减少设备的重复投入、维护人员投入、减少后期维护工作量,直接或间接降低投入成本。自使用井下硬件融合联动及相应新技术以来,系统运行稳定可靠,故障率降低35%以上,杜绝了"误报警、误断电"的情况,实现了"监控有效"的目的。
Introduces the composition and architecture of the safety monitoring system used in Huangbaici coal mine, the principle of the regional controller of the core equipment, the downhole hardware fusion and multi-system linkage scheme, as well as the application effect in the field. The mode of "one network and one station"(namely an Ethernet ring network for data transmission and a monitoring sub-station) was established to realize the centralized collection, processing, transmission,control, fusion and linkage of data in multi-service systems. At the same time, it realizes the functions of off-site power failure and multi-system linkage, intelligent identification, plug and play, and online sensor adjustment under the condition of no master station, which significantly improves the intelligence and convenience of the system. It can reduce the repeated input of equipment, the input of maintenance personnel, reduce the workload of later maintenance, and directly or indirectly reduce the input cost.Since the use of downhole hardware integration linkage and the corresponding new technology, the system operates stably and reliably, the failure rate is reduced by more than 35%, the "false alarm,wrong power cut" situation is eliminated, and the purpose of "effective monitoring" is realized.
