挠性管自动排管机构的设计

摘要 针对传统的挠性管排管器头影响挠性管使用寿命及体积大的局限性,设计一种将双向螺杆设置在滚筒轴的内部的挠性管自动排管机构。通过理论分析计算,增大双向螺杆的导程可提高螺杆的使用寿命;采用双联齿轮机构实现双向螺杆与滚筒差速转动,实现挠性管在滚筒上紧凑有序的排列。 Traditional flexible tube arrangement tool has a large size and can reduce the working life of flexible tube. To solve this, design a new flexible tube arrangement mechanism, in which bidirectional screw stem is set inside of the roller spindle. Through theoretical analysis calculation, the working life of screw stem will be increased by lengthening the travel distance of bidirectional screw stem. Use duplex gear mechanism to realize the differential turning of bidirectional screw stem and roller, and to make the flexible tubes orderly arranged in the roller.
