新时期教育话语权的形成有其内在逻辑性。形成教育话语权不仅需要文化、知识、制度等必要元素,而且需要遵循历史、理论、现实等发展规律。从实践中看,现阶段教育话语权式微的背后在于问题解决的不足。从逻辑上看,要切实改变教育话语权的问题,就必须捋顺话语权形成的逻辑,以问题探究为切入点来谋求改变。首先,要明确问题探究可以成为解决教育话语权式微的关键途径,将问题研究与话语传播主体、链条和质效结合起来考虑。其次,要明确问题探究是推动教育话语权提升的首要选择,可以通过教育原则的结合、教学的结合、情境的融合、方式的契合四个维度来实施。再次,要明确问题探究将成为教育话语权重构的重要方向,可从行业、本土等角度重新思考教育话语权的架构。
