摘要
教师理性地认识专业合作的价值追求,形成互惠共生的合作意识,是教师开展专业合作的前提。学校制度、教学实践和教师协同作用,构建了包括组织制度供给、现场实践运行和内在动力激发的支持系统,为教师提供了专业合作的条件。建立并实现具有共同的合作愿景、默契的合作规范、自然的合作文化和共享的合作成效的合作共同体,展现了教师专业合作的过程。
The premise of teachers’professional cooperation is their rational understanding of the value pursuit of it,and cooperative sense of mutual benefits.To build a support system including organizational system supply,on-site practice operation and internal motivation,through the interaction of school system,teaching practice and teachers cooperation,can provide teachers with professional cooperation conditions.The establishment and implementation of cooperative community with a common vision of cooperation,tacit norms of cooperation,a natural culture of cooperation and shared cooperation effectiveness demonstrates the process of teachers’professional cooperation.
