摘要
陶行知先生在长期的教育实践与研究中积累并形成了丰富的师德思想,这些思想散见于其著作、论文、演讲和书信中,由师德内涵、师德养成和师德实践三部分构成。陶行知师德思想内涵是爱国情怀、乐业精神、热爱学生、集体创造、律己求真。陶行知师德思想的养成过程是师德认知、师德情感、师德意志、师德行为从无到有、从低级到高级、从旧质到新质的矛盾运动过程。陶行知先生认为,师德应当于自身修养中实践,于"教学做合一"中实践,于日常生活中实践。陶行知师德思想继承并发扬了中国优秀传统文化,更新了传统教育理念,强化了教师的地位与作用,助推了近代中国教育的改革和发展,对当前师德师风建设具有重要借鉴意义。
Mr.Tao Xingzhi accumulated abundant theories of teachers’ethics in his long-term educational practice and research,which are embodied in his books,essays,speeches and letters.His ideological system of teachers’ethics consists of three aspects:connotations,cultivation and practice.The connotations of Tao’s teacher ethics include patriotism,professional enthusiasm,love for students,collective creation,as well as self-discipline and truth-seeking.The cultivation of Tao’s teacher ethics is a process of contradictory movement in which teacher ethics recognition,teacher ethics emotions,teacher ethics will,teacher ethics behaviors took shape and developed from a low level to a high level and from the old system to the new system.He believes that teacher ethics should be practiced in teachers’self-cultivation,in the"integration of teaching,learning and doing"and in daily life.His thoughts of teachers’ethics inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,update the traditional education concept,strengthen the status and role of teachers,and promote the reform and development of modern Chinese education,which have great significance for the current construction of teachers’ethics.
