基于A61P分类的陈皮复方发明专利的中药关联规则分析

TCM Association Rules Analysis of Compound Invention Patents of Dried Orange Peel Based on A61P Category

目的:总结陈皮复方发明专利的医药用途,探索陈皮与其他中药的配伍规律。方法:在国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统获取近20年的法律状态为授权的陈皮复方发明专利,以国际专利分类号(international patent classification,简称IPC号)的A61P(医药用途)作为分类依据,运用SPSS moderate软件对各类用途的中药组合进行关联规则分析。结果:本研究最终收集2522个陈皮复方专利,自2010年以后每年的授权量明显上升,应用频次前5的用途所对应的IPC号分别为A61P1(消化系统疾病)、A61P11(呼吸系统疾病)、A61P31(抗感染)、A61P15(生殖系统疾病)和A61P25(神经系统疾病)。通过关联规则分析发现,中药组合大多化裁于经方、效方或验方,运用过程中体现了辨证论治、异病同治的中医理念,用途和用法总体上偏传统,对于肿瘤、神经系统和心血管系统等新兴疾病仍有待另辟蹊径进行新开发。结论:本研究总结了陈皮复方专利的配伍规律,为陈皮的临床用药与专利研发提供依据。

Objective: To summarize the medical Application of Patents of dried orange peel compound invention, explore the formula pattern of dried orange peel and other Chinese medicine. Methods: Patents of dried orange peel compound invention that are legally authorized within two decades were collected via the Patent Searching and Analyzing System of National Intellectual Property Administration. The classification filter marker is A61 P(Medical Application) based on International Patent Classification(IPC). TCM Association Rules of dried orange peel compound invention patent in various applications were analyzed by software SPSS moderate. Results: A total of 2522 dried orange peel compound patents are obtained. The authorization quantity presented a significant yearly increase since 2010. The IPC number of the five most frequently occurred applications are A61 P1(Digestive disease), A61 P11(Respiratory disease), A61 P31(Anti-infection), A61 P15(Reproductive system disease) and A61 P25(Neurological system disease). Based on the TCM association rules analysis, it is found that: TCM formulas mostly originated from traditional Chinese medical classics and widely recognized clinically effective prescriptions;The application process was characterized by the theory of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment and the thought of Same treatment for Different Disease;The application purpose and method of the formulas mainly focused on conventional areas, which left space for facilitating the treatment of newly emerging diseases, such as tumor, nervous system disease and cardiovascular disease. Conclusion: This study summarizes the formula pattern of Dried orange peel compound patents, providing reference for clinical application and patent research of dried orange peel.
