坚持"以文化人"是高校思想政治工作的重要遵循,有利于增进大学生文化修养,强化其社会责任感,激发其文化创造力。高校思想政治工作应发挥和运用文化自信的思想引领、文化话语的价值引导、文化氛围的滋养浸润、文化载体的实践育人等作用,让大学生在学习、生活中知行合一,实现文化自觉和使命担当。

Adhering to the“cultivating the students”is an important follow of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,which is conducive to enhancing the cultural accomplishment of college students,strengthening the sense of social responsibility,and stimulating the creative ability of culture.The ideological and political work in colleges and universities should give play to the role of cultural confidence in ideological guidance,cultural discourse value guidance,cultural atmosphere inheritance and nourishment,and cultural carrier practice education,so as to continuously enable college students to complete the unity of knowledge and practice in study and life,and realize the mission of cultural consciousness.
