摘要 完全学分制以学生为本,尊重学生的个体差异,注重因材施教、个性发展,有利于创新人才的培养。随着新一轮教育改革高潮的掀起,地方本科院校积极启动学分制改革,在促进学分制管理方面做了不少工作,但也面临学生对学分制缺乏认知、可供学生选择的课程资源较为匮乏、学分制管理硬件支撑不足等问题,致使学分制改革推进迟缓。为此,应该从师资引进和培养、导师制管理、课程资源开发、办学条件改善等方面加大建设力度,浇筑选课制、弹性学制的软硬件基础,促进学分制管理的有效实施。 The complete credit system is student-centered,respects students’individual differences,pays attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and personality development,which is more conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.With the upsurge of a new round of credit system reform in colleges and universities,local colleges and universities actively start the credit system reform,and have done a lot of work in promoting the credit system management.However,they also face some problems,such as the lack of students’cognition of the credit system,the lack of curriculum resources for students to choose,and the lack of hardware support for the credit system management.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction from the aspects of the introduction and training of teachers,the management of tutorial system,the development of curriculum resources,and the improvement of school running conditions,so as to cast the software and hardware foundation of the course selection system and the flexible education system,and to promote the effective implementation of the credit system management.
