摘要
以服务质量、内容质量、绩效期望、社群影响为影响因素进行调查,构建影响高校大学生在线学习平台持续使用意愿的因素模型;选用问卷调研法、实证分析等方式,验证服务质量、内容质量、绩效期望、社群影响这四大自变量对大学生持续使用在线平台从事英语学习活动的影响,并对平台建设提出改进策略。
At present,college students online English learning generally has problems such as high registration rate and low degree of course completion.The article investigates the service quality,content quality,performance expectations,and community influence as the influencing factors,constructs a factor model that affects the continuous use willingness of college students’online learning platforms,and then selects questionnaire survey methods,empirical analysis,etc.The four independent variables of content quality,performance expectations,and community influence have an impact on the continuous use of online platforms for English learning activities by college students,and some improvement strategies are proposed for platform construction.
