摘要
加强劳动教育是新时代党对教育提出的新要求,对于提高学生劳动知识和技能,使其确立正确劳动态度、丰富劳动情感具有积极意义。目前,社会上存在职业院校本来就是教育学生掌握劳动技术的、劳动教育可有可无等误读和曲解,劳动教育被严重弱化、形式化和单一化,劳动教育目的被遮蔽、途径被窄化、文化被消解。因此,必须针对职业院校劳动教育实施困境进行理性反思,确立学生主体地位,强化价值观落地生根;加强舆论引导,注重劳动文化浸润;开展体验式教育,重建学生劳动认同。这些措施可以解决劳动教育开展中存在的误读、误解、误用等问题。
Strengthening labor education is the new requirement of the Party for education in the new era,which has positive significance for improving students*labor knowledge and skills,establishing correct labor attitude and enriching labor emotion.At present,there are some misunderstandings and misinterpretations in the society,such as the fact that vocational colleges are supposed to educate students to master labor technology and labor education is dispensable.Labor education has been seriously weakened,formalized and simplified,the purpose of labor education has been covered,the way has been narrowed,and the culture has been dispelled.Therefore,we must rationally reflect on the difficulties in the implementation of labor education in vocational colleges,establish students’subjective position,strengthen the rooted values and the guidance of public opinion,pay attention to the infiltration of labor culture,carry out experiential education,rebuild students’labor identity,and solve the problems of misreading,misunderstanding and misuse in the implementation of labor education.
