摘要
磁场处理技术是一种高效节能的防蜡技术,已被验证可以防止和减缓输油管道的蜡沉积现象.首先利用OLGA软件对管道蜡沉积规律进行了模拟与分析;再基于蜡沉积动力学模型,推导出磁场作用下的蜡沉积模型;最后结合热力学相平衡模型,分析原油磁化输送蜡沉积机理,为磁场作用对原油流动改进与安全输送研究提供参考.
Magnetic field treatment is a kind of energy-efficient paraffin control technology,which has been proven could prevent and slow down the wax deposition in oil pipeline.Firstly,the wax deposition law of pipeline is simulated and analyzed by OLGA software.Then based on the kinetic model of wax deposition,the model of wax deposition under magnetic field is deduced.Finally,combining with thermodynamic phase equilibrium model,the wax deposition mechanism of crude oil magnetization transport is analyzed.It lays a theoretical foundation for improving the flow and safe transport of crude oil by magnetic field.
