运用文献资料等研究方法,对草根体育组织进行研究.草根体育组织是指植根于基层、未被现行法规正式认可、没有经过登记注册的各类民间体育社团,具有松散性、分散性和开放性特点;文化认同、休闲娱乐和社会促进功能.在国家宏观层面和社区微观层面的利好环境下,仍旧面临困境:运行机制与体育资源问题、管理制度与组织形式问题和登记注册与政府支持问题.路径选择:制定统一规范,引导健康成长;给予资金扶持,保障长足进步;推进整合服务,解决资源配置;发挥聚合优势,促进多元发展.

By means of literature and other research methods,this paper studies the grassroots sports organization.Grassroots sports organization refers to all kinds of non-governmental sports organizations that are rooted in the grass-root,not officially recognized by the current laws and regulations,and not registered.It is characterized by looseness,decentralization and openness,with the functions of cultural identity,entertainment and social promotion.Although under the good environment of national macro level and community micro level,it still faces the dilemma of operation mechanism and sports resources,management system and organization form,registration and government support.This paper suggests developmental path selection for it:formulatinh unified norms to guide healthy growth;giving financial support to ensure considerable progress;promoting integrated services to solve resource allocation;giving full play to the advantages of aggregation to promote diversified development.
