摘要
为了探究短期渐进性抗阻训练对男性老年人身体形态和机能的变化,本研究以18名没有参与过抗阻锻炼的男性老年人为研究对象,进行6个月的渐进性抗阻练习干预,每周锻炼2次,纵向对比实验期间各阶段身体形态和身体机能测试指标的变化情况.结果:6个月力量练习后,与实验前对比,体重、体脂肪以及体脂百分比指标呈显著下降(P<0.05),腰围下降差异显著(P<0.05),甘油三脂下降显著,高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白以及骨密度增加都显著(P<0.05),肺活量、安静状态下血液里的葡萄糖增加非常显著(P<0.01),但甘油三脂和葡萄糖都保持在正常范围之内.结论:短期渐进性抗阻训练有助于减少体脂肪和体脂百分比,体重下降,同时也可以减小腰围,提高肺活量,增加骨密度,使血糖和血脂都保持在正常范围内,为老年人保持健康的身材和身体机能发挥良好的作用.
In order to explore the effect of short-term progressive resistance training on the body shape and function of male elderly people,this study took 18 male elderly people who had not participated in resistance exercise as the research object,and carried out progressive resistance exercise intervention for 6 months,twice a week.The changes of body shape and physical function test indexes in different stages of the experiment were compared longitudinally.Results showed that after 6 months of strength training,compared with before,weight,body fat and percentage of body fat decreased significantly(P<0.05),waist circumference decreased significantly(P<0.05),triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein and bone mineral density were significantly changed(P<0.05),vital capacity and glucose increased significantly(P<0.01).It come to the conclusion that short term progressive resistance training is helpful to reduce body fat and body fat percentage,weight loss,reduce waist circumference,improve lung capacity,increase bone mineral density,keep blood glucose and blood lipid levels in normal range,and plays a positive role in maintaining healthy body shape and body function for the elderly men.
