龙舟运动对大学生凝聚力和意志品质影响的实验研究

An Experimental Study on the Influence of Dragon Boat Sport on College Students’Cohesion and Willpower

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,访谈任课教师,以温州大学公共体育龙舟课的3个班级为调查对象,得出结论:龙舟课程对提高大学生凝聚力和意志品质水平均有积极作用,使其更团结与独立;男生意志品质水平高于女生,在课后男女意志品质水平差异增大。

By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,interviewing teachers and taking three classes of public sports Dragon Boat course in Wenzhou University as the research object,the paper concludes that dragon boat course plays a positive role in improving the cohesion and volitional quality of college students,making them more united and independent;the volitional quality of boys is higher than that of girls The difference of will quality between men and women increased.
