材料和构造各向异性耦合下内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的刚度理论

摘要 为了研究内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖(hollow core slab with built-in bellow,HCSBB)的刚度,综合考虑材料和构造的各向异性,对内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的刚度理论公式进行修正及改进,并建立数值模型,分析在不同荷载作用下四边简支边界条件下内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的挠度。有限元模拟结果证明,基于提出的刚度公式计算出的内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的挠度最大误差为2.82%,精度得到了大幅度的提高,且形式较简单,为研究内置波纹圆筒空心楼盖的力学性能奠定了理论基础。 To understand the stiffness of hollow core slab with built-in bellow(HCSBB),the anisotropy in material and structure was comprehensively considered.The theoretical formula of the stiffness of HCSBB was revised and improved.A numerical model was established to analyze the effects of different loads of the deflection of HCSBB under the condition of simply supported lower four sides.The finite element simulation results show that the maximum deflection of the HCSBB based on the stiffness formula proposed is 2.82%,the accuracy is greatly improved,and the form is relatively simple.This study provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the mechanical properties of HCSBB.
