摘要 目的:通过构建中西药物相互作用本体,利用本体推理工具自动发现中西药物相互作用。方法:基于用药安全规则及药物相互作用原理,利用本体语言构建疾病治疗的中西药物相互作用本体。设计本体推理工具的自定义规则,实现从药物相互作用到药物使用风险的推理。结果:药物相互作用本体构建及推理方法可用于发现中西药物联用可能发生的风险和风险预警提示,减少中西药物联用导致的不良反应。结论:中西药物相互作用本体及本体推理研究可为中西药物相互作用研究提供思路与方法,为临床医生联用中西药物提供参考。 Objective To establish the ontology of interaction between Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine for automatic discovery of interaction between Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine with ontology reasoning tools.Methods The ontology of interaction between Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diseases was established using ontology language based on drug safety rules and principles of interaction between drugs.The self-defined rules of ontology reasoning tools were designed to realize the reasoning from the interaction between drugs to the risk of drug use.Results The established ontology for interaction between drugs and its reasoning methods could discover and early warn the risk of combined use of Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the adverse reactions of combined use of Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Ontology of interaction between Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine and ontology reasoning can provide certain ideas and methods for studying the interaction between Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine,and can thus provide reference for clinicians in combined use of Western drugs and traditional Chinese medicine.
