护生从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of nursing students'willingness to engage in"Internet+nursing services"

目的:探讨基于计划行为理论与技术接受模型构建的护生"互联网+护理服务"意愿影响因素结构方程模型中的影响因素对护生从事"互联网+护理服务"意愿的影响路径及强度。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷及护生从事"互联网+护理服务"意愿调查问卷,对山东省1178名护生进行调查,使用结构方程模型分析方法分析护生从事"互联网+护理服务"意愿模型中各影响因素之间的关系及影响路径。结果:护生从事"互联网+护理服务"行为意愿得分为(3.48±0.65)分,感知有用性(3.82±0.63)分、态度(3.69±0.62)分、感知行为控制(3.59±0.63)分、感知易用性(3.33±0.74)分、主观规范(3.29±0.73)分。护生从事"互联网+护理服务"意愿影响因素模型拟合效果理想。态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对行为意愿有直接正向预测作用,效应值分别为0.471,0.081,0.343;感知有用性、感知易用性可通过态度间接影响行为意愿,效应值分别为0.644,0.333;感知易用性对感知有用性影响的效应值为0.594,且P均<0.001。该模型可以解释行为意愿方差变异的62%。结论:基于计划行为理论与技术接受模型构建的护生从事"互联网+护理服务"意愿影响因素模型对行为意愿有较强的解释能力,可以为制定对策促进护生积极投入"互联网+护理服务"行业提供理论依据。

Objective:To explore the influence path and intensity of the influencing factors in the structural equation model of nursing students'willingness"Internet+nursing services"to engage in based on the theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model on the nursing students'willingness to engage in"Internet+nursing services".Methods:The self⁃designed general information questionnaire and the questionnaire on the willingness of nursing students to engage in"Internet+nursing services"were used to survey 1178 nursing students in Shandong province.The structural equation model analysis method was used to analyze the correlations of influencing factors and influence path of nursing students,willingness of engaged in"Internet+nursing services".Results:Score of nursing students'behavior willingness to engage in"Internet+nursing services"was 3.48±0.65 score of perceived usefulness was 3.82±0.63,score of attitude was 3.69±0.62,score of perceived behavior control was 3.59±0.63,score of perceived ease of use was 3.33±0.74,and score of subjective standard was 3.29±0.73.The model of factors affecting the willingness of nursing students to engage in"Internet+nursing services"was ideally fitting.Attitude,subjective norm,and perceived behavior control had direct and positive predictive effects on behavior intentions,with effect values of 0.471,0.081,and 0.343,respectively.Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use could indirectly affect behavior intentions through attitude,with effect values of 0.644 and 0.333,respectively.The effect value of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness was 0.594(P<0.001).This model could explain 62%of the variance of behavioral willingness.Conclusions:The influencing factor model of nursing students'willingness to engage in"Internet+nursing services"based on theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance model,had a strong ability to explain behavioral willingness,which could provide a theoretical basis for formulating countermeasures to promote nursing students to actively engage in"Internet+nursing services".
