摘要
目的:分析新入职护士领域国内外研究热点差异,为国内研究提供参考。方法:检索Web of Science和中国知网2015年—2020年新入职护士相关文献,通过CiteSpaceⅤ进行关键词聚类分析、突现分析。结果:共检出外文文献761篇、中文文献1477篇。国外研究关键词集中在经验、关怀、过渡、认知等;国内研究关键词集中在规范化培训、岗前培训、手术室、临床带教等。结论:国外研究与国内研究比较,内容更加全面,研究方向呈现多元化。国外学者重点关注新入职护士角色转型期的工作体验和职业发展,国内学者重点关注培训效果的研究,注重新入职护士综合能力素养的提升。
Objective:To analyze the differences in research hotspots in the field of newly recruited nurses in China and abroad,and to provide references for domestic research.Methods:Literature related to newly recruited nurses,were retrieved from Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2015 to 2020.And CiteSpace V was used to perform keyword cluster analysis and emergence analysis.Results:A total of 761 foreign language documents and 1477 Chinese documents were detected.Foreign research keywords focused on experience,care,transition,cognition,and others.Domestic research keywords focused on standardized training,pre-job training,operating room,and clinical teaching.Conclusions:Compared with domestic research,foreign research had more comprehensive contents and more diversified research directions.Foreign scholars mainly focused on the work experience and career development of newly recruited nurses during the transition period.Domestic scholars stressed the study of training effects and the improvement of the comprehensive competency of newly recruited nurses.
