澳门护理本科生临终照护知识、态度及死亡应对现况分析

Status quo analysis on knowledge and attitude towards palliative care and coping with the death among nursing undergraduates in Macao

目的:调查澳门护理本科生临终照护知识、态度现况,分析死亡应对的影响因素。方法:选取128名澳门护理本科生作为调查对象,采用护理临终照护问卷、弗梅尔特临终照护态度问卷和死亡应对量表调查护生临终照护知识、临终照护态度和死亡应对能力并分析死亡应对的影响因素。结果:澳门护生临终照护知识得分为(10.51±2.31)分,临终照护态度得分为(111.04±8.56)分,死亡应对得分为(122.74±18.89)分;临终照护知识和临终照护态度是护生死亡应对的影响因素(R^(2)=0.915,P<0.05)。结论:澳门护生的临终照护知识和临终照护态度处于中等水平,可以通过丰富临终照护知识和提升临终照护态度提高护生死亡应对能力。

Objectives:To investigate knowledge and attitude status quo on palliative care among nursing undergraduates in Macao,and to analyze the influencing factors of coping with death.Methods:A total of 128 nursing undergraduates in Macao was selected as the research subjects.The Palliative Care Quiz for Nursing,Frommelt Attitude towards Care of the Dying scale,and Coping with Death Scale were used to investigate the knowledge and attitude towards palliative care,and ability to cope with death.Then factors influencing coping with death were analyzed.Results:The score of knowledge in palliative care of nursing undergraduates in Macao was 10.51±2.31.The score of attitude towards palliative care was 111.04±8.56.And sorce of coping with death was 122.74±8.89.The knowledge and attitude towards palliative care were influencing factors of coping with death(R^(2)=0.915,P<0.05).Conclusions:Knowledge and attitudes towards palliative care among nursing undergraduates in Macao,were at an intermediate level.Educators could improve students'ability to cope with death by enriching their knowledge and improving their attitude towards palliative care.
