摘要
目的探讨自我管理程序干预对首发脑卒中患者康复自我效能、创伤后成长、心理韧性的影响。方法选取2019-09—2020-02郑州大学第二附属医院收治的90例首发脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为干预组45例和对照组45例。对照组采用常规的护理模式和健康教育,干预组在此基础上进行自我管理程序干预,比较2组患者干预3个月后康复自我效能、创伤后成长及心理韧性得分。结果干预后干预组患者康复自我效能(总分77.02±8.656 vs 71.33±10.187)、创伤后成长(总分55.11±5.457 vs 51.00±5.800)及心理韧性(总分50.29±5.550 vs 46.13±5.421)各维度得分及总分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在首发脑卒中患者中实施自我管理程序干预,可明显提高患者的康复自我效能水平,增强患者的心理韧性,促进创伤后成长,加快康复进程。
Objective To explore the effects of self-management program intervention on rehabilitation self-efficacy,posttrau⁃matic growth and psychological resilience in patients with initial stroke.Methods From September 2019 to February 2020,90 pa⁃tients with initial stroke were divided into intervention group 45 cases and control group 45 cases by random cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing mode and health education,and the intervention group carried out self-management program inter⁃vention on this basis,The differences in scores of the rehabilitation self-efficacy,post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience between the two groups were compared after 3 months of intervention.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores and to⁃tal scores of rehabilitation self-efficacy,post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-manage⁃ment program intervention for the initial stroke patients can obviously improve the level of rehabilitation self-efficacy,enhance the psy⁃chological resilience of the patients,promote the growth after trauma,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
