冲击波联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗创伤性踝关节炎30例疗效观察

Efficacy of Shock Wave Combined with Celecoxib Capsules in Treatment of Traumatic Anklebone Arthritis

目的:探究冲击波联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗创伤性踝关节炎的治疗疗效。方法:将2019年1月至2019年12月南昌市第一医院诊治的60例创伤性踝关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组给予冲击波联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、踝关节活动范围、骨性关节炎指数评分以及疼痛程度。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后踝关节背伸、跖屈、内翻、外翻范围均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月、2个月时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冲击波联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗创伤性踝关节炎的效果显著,能够增加踝关节的活动范围,提高骨性关节炎指数,缓解疼痛程度,促进患者病情恢复。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of shock wave combined with celecoxib capsules in treatment of traumatic anklebone arthritis.Methods:60 patients with traumatic anklebone arthritis who admitted in Nanchang First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given celecoxib capsules,and observation group was treated with shock wave combined with celecoxib capsules.The clinical efficacy,range of motion of ankle joint,the score of index of osteoarthritis and pain degree were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the range of dorsal extension,plantar flexion,introversion and extroversion of the ankle joint in observation group was higher than that in control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the score of osteoarthritis(WOMAC)in observation group was lower than that in control group,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 month and 2 months after treatment,there was a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shock wave combined with celecoxib capsules in treatment of traumatic anklebone arthritis is effective,it can enhance the range of motion of ankle joint,increase index of osteoarthritis,relief the pain degree,promote recovery of the conditions of patients.
