中医定向透药疗法联合运动疗法治疗创伤后膝关节功能障碍30例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Directed Transdermal Drug Delivery Combined with Exercise Therapy in 30 cases of Treatment of Posttraumatic Knee Dysfunction

目的:探讨中医定向透药疗法联合运动疗法治疗创伤后膝关节功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选择2019年11月至2020年9月萍乡市人民医院收治的创伤后膝关节功能障碍患者60例,按随机对照原则分为两组,各30例。对照组采用中医定向透药疗法治疗,观察组采用中医定向透药联合运动疗法治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前、治疗3个疗程后膝关节活动度、及最大膝关节活动度时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:治疗3个疗程时,观察组治疗优良率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节活动度高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节最大被动活动度时VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透药疗法联合运动疗法治疗创伤后膝关节功能障碍可有效改善患者膝关节活动度,减轻膝关节活动疼痛,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine directed transdermal drug delivery combined with exercise therapy in treatment of posttraumatic knee dysfunction.Methods:60 patients with posttraumatic knee dysfunction admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from November 2019 to September 2020 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the randomized controlled principle,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed transdermal drug delivery,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed transdermal drug delivery combined with exercise therapy.The clinical efficacy,range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain at maximum knee range of motion of patients in the two groups before and after 3 courses of treatment.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the excellent and good rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05);the range of motion of knee joint of patients in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);the VAS score of patients in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine directed transdermal drug delivery combined with exercise therapy in treatment of posttraumatic knee dysfunction can effectively improve the range of motion of knee joint in patients,reduce the pain of knee joint,and has significant effect.
