摘要
目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平变化及意义。方法回顾性分析168例CHD患者(A组)与同期149例健康体检者(B组)的临床资料。比较CHD患者[缺血性心力衰竭(IHF)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、无症状心肌缺血(SMI)](A组)与体检健康者(B组)血清PON-1、ox-LDL水平;比较各类型CHD患者的Gensini积分;分析CHD患者血清PON-1、ox-LDL水平与Gensini积分的相关性。结果各类型CHD患者的血清PON-1水平均低于B组,ox-LDL水平均高于B组(P<0.05);PON-1水平在SMI、SAP、UAP、AMI、IHF组患者中依次降低,ox-LDL水平及Gensini积分依次升高(P<0.05)。各类型CHD患者血清PON-1水平均与Gensini积分呈负相关,ox-LDL水平均与Gensini积分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论各类型CHD患者血清PON-1水平均降低,而ox-LDL水平及Gensini积分均升高,且各类型CHD患者血清PON-1、ox-LDL水平均与Gensini积分相关。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum paraoxonase-1(PON-1)and oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The clinical data of 168 CHD patients(group A)and 149 healthy persons(group B)were retrospectively analyzed.The levels of serum PON-1 and ox-LDL were compared between CHD patients[ischemic heart failure(IHF),acute myocardial infarction(AMI),unstable angina pectoris(UAP),stable angina pectoris(SAP),silent myocardial ischemia(SMI)](group A)and healthy persons(group B);the Gensini score of all types of CHD patients were compared;the correlation between serum PON-1,ox-LDL levels and Gensini score were analyzed.Results The levels of serum PON-1 in all types of CHD patients were lower than those in the group B,and the levels of ox-LDL were higher than those in the group B(P<0.05);the level of PON-1 in SMI,SAP,UAP,AMI and IHF groups decreased successively,while the level of ox-LDL and Gensini score increased successively(P<0.05).Serum PON-1 level of patients with various types of CHD were negatively correlated with Gensini score,and ox-LDL level were positively correlated with Gensini score(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum PON-1 in all types of CHD patients decrease,while the level of ox-LDL and Gensini score increase,and the levels of serum PON-1 and ox-LDL in patients with various types of CHD are correlated with Gensini score.
