拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者血流变指标、微炎症状态及母婴安全的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平对妊高征患者血流变指标、微炎症状态及母婴安全的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月来我院诊治的110例妊高征患者为研究对象,按治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SBP、DBP、24 h尿蛋白、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、HCT、Hcy、CRP、TNF-α水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征能有效降低血压水平,改善血流变指标、微炎症状态及妊娠结局,提高母婴安全,值得临床应用。 Objective To observe the effects of labetalol combined with nifedipine on hemorheology index,microinflammation state and maternal and infant safety in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 110 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with labetalol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,24 h urinary protein,plasma viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity,HCT,Hcy,CRP and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure level,ameliorate the hemorheology index,microinflammation state and pregnancy outcome,and improve maternal and infant safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
