高压氧对急性缺血性脑卒中作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen on acute ischemic stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中是全球死亡及伤残的主要原因之一,高压氧(HBO)可能是一种安全有效的治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的方法。较多的临床研究都深入探讨了HBO治疗脑卒中的可能分子机制,但目前,HBO在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的作用机制尚不十分明确。本文总结了HBO治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的基本生理效应、抗氧化、减轻炎症反应、抑制细胞凋亡和神经保护作用以及调节脑血流和脑代谢等方面的研究进展。

Acute ischemic stroke is one of the main cause of death and disability in the world,and the hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)may be a safe and effective treatment option for acute ischemic stroke.Many clinical studies have thoroughly explored the possible molecular mechanism of HBO in the treatment of stroke,but at present,the mechanism of HBO in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke is not very clear.This article summarized the research pragress of HBO in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,including its basic physiological effects,anti-oxidation,veducing of inflammatory reaction,inhibiting cell apoptosis and neuroprotection,and regulating cerebral blood flow and cerebral metabolism.
