基于云计算和面向服务架构的混合电子政务框架

A hybrid e-government framework based on cloud computing and service-oriented architecture

为了解决政务预算缩减、服务需求增加、人力资源有限以及可伸缩性需求变化等问题,提出了一种基于云计算和面向服务体系结构的电子政务体系结构,使群众和企业能不受时间和地域的限制,轻松、高效地获得政府相关服务。为了验证提出的框架的有用性,使用了CloudSim仿真器。结果表明,该框架为电子政务提供了一个强大的框架,提供了政府服务的可重用性和可发现性,并为一些云计算问题提供了解决方案。为政府电子政务建设提供了更多选择,以帮助实施和改进电子政务并创造新的就业机会。

In order to solve the problems of government budget reduction,service demand increase,limited human resources and the change of scalability demand,this paper proposed an E-government architecture based on cloud computing and service-oriented architecture,so that the masses and enterprises can easily and efficiently obtain government related services without the limitation of time and region.In order to verify the usefulness of the proposed framework,Cloudsim simulator was used.The results show that the framework provided a powerful framework for E-government,provided the reusability and discoverability of government services,and provided solutions for some cloud computing problems.It provides more choices for the construction of government E-government to help implement and improve E-government and create new employment opportunities.
