摘要
针对现阶段新疆农业生产效率以及其中存在的问题,使用数据包络分析(DEA)法对新疆维吾尔自治区11个市地州的农业生产效率进行计算。结果表明,吐鲁番市、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、阿克苏市、喀什地区的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率均为1.000,DEA具有有效性,农业生产要素配置完善;伊犁哈萨克自治州、塔城地区、乌鲁木齐市、克拉玛依市纯技术效率均为1.000,其他效率值均小于1.000,DEA具有弱有效性;哈密市、阿勒泰地区、和田地区DEA无效,农业生产效率低下,技术使用效率不成熟,投入与产出值比例不相符。因此在农业分工合作、协同发展、科技创新、要素流通方面提出相应建议。
Aiming at the current agricultural production efficiency and its problems in Xinjiang,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to calculate the agricultural production efficiency of 11 states in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The results showed that the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Turpan city,Bayingol Mongolian autonomous prefecture,Aksu city and Kashgar region were all 1.000. DEA was effective and agricultural the allocation of production factors was perfect. The pure technical efficiency of Ili Kazak autonomous prefecture,Tarbagatay region,Urumqi city and Karamay city was 1.000,the other efficiency values were less than 1.000,DEA had weak effectiveness,the DEA values of Hami city,Altay region and Hotan region were invalid,the agricultural production efficiency was low,the technical use efficiency was not mature,and the proportion of input and output value was not consistent. Therefore,the corresponding suggestions are put forward in agricultural division and cooperation,coordinated development,scientific and technological innovation,and factor circulation.
