美托洛尔治疗老年高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of metoprolol in the treatment of elderly hypertension with heart failure

目的探讨美托洛尔治疗老年高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取万年县中医院2017年1月—2020年4月收治的老年高血压伴心力衰竭患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各25例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组给予美托洛尔联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张压、收缩压,并比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔治疗老年高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,能有效地改善其心功能指标和血压,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of metoprolol in the treatment of elderly hypertension with heart failure.Methods A total of 50 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure were selected from January 2017 to April 2020 in Wannian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with metoprolol combined with amlodipine besylate tablets.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVESD and LVEDD of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,while LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol is effective in the treatment of elderly hypertension with heart failure,which can effectively improve the cardiac function and blood pressure,and with high safety.
